How do I order?
You can order by one of 3 ways
1. Securely online using your credit or debit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Maestro. Simply add required product to shopping basket / cart and proceed to checkout. Alternatively we accept payment by Paypal. OR order by post and send payment by post.

When will you despatch my order?
All our items are usually in stock, and we aim to despatch within 72 hrs. Occasionally certain items are out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you to confirm when we expect to ship your order.
Which couriers do you use? UK Orders :All orders are despatched by either ParcelForce or Royal Mail 1st
Overseas Orders: Standard Shipping orders are despatched by Royal Mail International, or Parcel Force World-wide. Delivery time usually within 7-14 days.
How do I return items? a) Email us using Contact Us menu item to request a returns authorisation number. b) We will email you back with the returns number and this must be included with the items you send back to us with a letter of explanation as to why you are sending goods back to us. c) Send the goods back to us at the address stated. Please note that we are not responsible for packages not received - please send your items back by recorded delivery with insurance if necessary. d) As soon as we receive your returns we will replace or refund you. We will refund you postage charges only if we shipped the product to you in error. Please ensure that you pack any returns well and we suggest you use recorded delivery .
